What type of payment do you accept? TOP

For your security and privacy we only accept Paypal for payment of items. It's a free service you can use even if you don't have an account. For more information click here.

How much is shipping? TOP
All orders over $30 ship for free within the United States! Why? Because like you we love shopping online but hate paying for shipping. How hard will it really be to find $30 worth of stuff you love?

How long will my order take? TOP
Beanies, flowers and headbands usually ship within 1 WEEK of completed payment. For all other items please allow TWO WEEKS creation time before shipping. It's often faster but just depends on the current number of orders. If you need sooner please contact before buying and hopefully we will be able to accomodate you (rush fee may apply).

How long does shipping take? TOP
Items are shipped USPS First class (2-5 days average). If you need sooner, we will be happy to ship Priority Mail (2-3 days) for an additional cost (between $4.80-$9.30 depending on size of package). Please contact before buying and we can send an updated invoice.

Can I make changes to an item on your site? TOP
Yes! Almost all items can be custom made to your exact specifications! Just let us know what you are looking for!

Is gift wrapping available? TOP
Yes, items can be gift wrapped and sent directly to the lucky person for an additional $5. We will mail the invoice to you.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? TOP
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing for boutiques wishing to carry our products. Just contact us for more information!

How do I personalize an item? TOP

If an items comes with personalization (burp cloth, blanket, etc) we will typically make with a font similar to item pictured on website. If you have a specific preference for font style (fancy script, clean print, funky, etc), let us know. Otherwise we will pick what looks best. We do this because not all names look good in every font and often times have to play around with font to find the one that looks best with the name and design choosen. If you like what you see on the site than you'll like what we can create for you. Still not sure? We'll be happy to send a proof of what the font/design will look like, just ask!
